Expertise

1. Strategic & Centralized Procurement Planning:Lead the formulation and execution of unified procurement strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency across all locations.
2. Domestic & International Vendor Development:
   Build and nurture strong supplier partnerships in India and abroad to expand sourcing capabilities, mitigate risk, and enhance material quality and reliability.
3. Cost Optimization & Supply Continuity:
   Drive value-based procurement initiatives that balance cost-effectiveness with uninterrupted supply, leveraging market intelligence and negotiation excellence.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   Ensure procurement activities meet stringent regulatory standards, including GMP, USFDA, CDSCO, and other applicable norms across product categories.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
