Eligibility Criteria
1. Deputy Manager (HR)
- Graduation with 60% marks and a full-time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR, HRM, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
2. Deputy Manager (F&A)
- Graduation with 60% marks and MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA.
3. Deputy Manager (C&MM)
- Engineering Degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Materials, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
4. Deputy Manager (Legal)
- Full-time LLB with 60% marks from a recognized university and 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant legal work.
5. Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)
- Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory subject.
- Diploma or experience in translation (Hindi ↔ English) is required.
Note: For PwBD candidates, 55% marks are acceptable instead of 60%.
