Physical Endurance Test (PET) – AAI Recruitment 2026 Notification Out

  • Takes more than 40 seconds to carry a 50 kg sandbag over 50 meters.
  • Climbs below one-third (1/3) of the pole height within 30 seconds.
  • Climbs below one-third (1/3) of the rope height within 20 seconds.
  • Takes more than 90 seconds to complete the full ladder climbing and descending test.

Female Candidates

A candidate will be awarded Zero (0) Marks if she:

  • Takes more than 19 seconds to complete the 100-meter run.
  • Takes more than 45 seconds to carry a 30 kg sandbag over 50 meters.
  • Climbs below one-third (1/3) of the pole height within 30 seconds.
  • Climbs below one-third (1/3) of the rope height within 20 seconds.
  • Takes more than 100 seconds to complete the full ladder climbing and descending test.
